Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations and train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers. You will assign daily tasks, ensure preparations are made, greet guests, and maintain a professional atmosphere.

Lead in cash handling, schedule staff, and supervise operations in the absence of management, while resolving guest issues with a focus on outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Alcohol training/certification where applicable.
• Flexible with rotational schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Able to operate Photocopier, Vacuum, Calculator, Printer, Telephone, POS system.
• Well groomed with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to share tasks, VIPs, and safety information.
• Lead staff and act as a concierge resource for guests.
• Ensure guests are greeted on entry and assist with service.
• Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers.
• Manage operations in the manager's absence and resolve customer issues.
• Respond to complaints and resolve promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventory and note shortages for replenishment.
• Order merchandise to meet demand from warehouse/vendors.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and file incident reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.
• Collect and compile daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS/PMS.
• Oversee nightly close out and balance cash with sales.
• May audit cashier documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll for department staff.
