Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to align the day’s tasks and information.
• Retail Leads should act as a concierge resource for guests.
• Ensure guests are greeted and receive assistance.
• Train team to deliver customer service excellence.
• Ensure smooth operations in the manager’s absence and resolve guest issues.
