Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train and support Sales Associates and General Utility Workers, and ensure superior guest service. The role entails task delegation, maintaining store cleanliness, and resolving guest issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities include leading pre-shift briefings, inventory awareness, assisting with payroll, and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills are required to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Must provide proof of having earned a responsible alcohol training and certification program where applicable.
• Must be flexible, willing to work a rotational schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Ability to operate equipment such as Photocopier, Calculator, Printer, Telephone, Computer, POS System.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to communicate the day’s tasks and information.
• Retail Leads should be knowledgeable about the local area as a concierge resource.
• Ensure guests are greeted and customer relations issues are handled effectively.
• Train Staff in their roles to develop a customer service oriented team.
• Oversee nightly close out and balance cash with daily sales.
• Coordinate scheduling and assist with payroll as needed.
