Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.

• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Ability to operate equipment such as POS System and office devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to outline day tasks and safety communications.
• Be the guest concierge, knowledgeable about the area.
• Ensure all guests are greeted on entry.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service.
• Assist in managing operations in the manager's absence and resolve guest issues.
