Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to join our team of creative and energetic employees who deliver the best customer service experience every day. Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is desirable but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for 4–8 hours.
• Must be outgoing and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the display to discuss the companys products and services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership teams.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
