Abacus Plumbing is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to engage customers in partner stores, explain our home services, and schedule appointments for estimates. This role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused interaction in a retail environment with opportunities for incentives.

The position is part-time (up to 25–29 hours weekly) with weekend shifts and occasional weekday hours, offering market-value compensation at $20/hr, plus a 401(k) with company match and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail is highly desired but not required.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use a smartphone with email and texting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the company display to learn about products and services.
• Walk through stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits while gathering information on customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend weekly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
