Qualifications

• Retail experience is highly desired but not required.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use a smartphone for email and text.
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and engage them about the company’s products and services.
• Walk stores and discuss home service needs with customers.
• Explain features/benefits and gather customer requirements.
• Schedule an appointment for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings/trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
