Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the Orlando City Soccer Club & Pride Team Store. This role drives sales and fan engagement across pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations, with responsibility for daily retail tasks and leadership of the store team on game day.

The position requires 18+ years old, retail or hospitality experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events. A professional appearance and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Work with Leadership team on decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Ensure an exemplary fan experience with Retail Associates.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Perform ‘Manager on Duty’ responsibilities as needed.
