• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support manager in building a strong site culture.
