Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in Indianapolis. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability including nights and weekends. You will model exceptional customer service and lead associates as needed on shift.

You’ll supervise tasks, coach staff, and ensure safety, policy compliance, and accurate coverage to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or leadership exposure required.
• Demonstrated problem solving and coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience to drive sales.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policy and procedures.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Maintains appropriate associate coverage and coaching as needed.
• Partners with management on training and labor needs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
• Supports safe store operations and communicates priorities clearly.
