Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or leadership, or Amazon experience.
• Experience in training others.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model expected behavior for the team.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support the manager.
• Maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site.
• Work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
