Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years leadership or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for team.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer/associate experience; support manager.
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site.
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand for shifts up to 12 hours, and climb stairs.
