Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in learning technologies and training methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and administer retail training and development programs.
• Create, edit, and organize training materials and resources.
• Prepare materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
• Assist with onboarding and development initiatives.
