Responsibilities

• Support monthly sales and service reports with data retrieval, research, and analysis.
• Collaborate on testing core system reporting and performance tools.
• Provide administrative support and process invoices as needed.
• Prepare monthly Branch Sales Reports for District meetings.
• Consolidate and coordinate orders for branch-related supplies.
• Assist in Customer Experience database management and timely follow-up.
