Job summary

Framebridge in Winnetka, IL is hiring a Retail Part Time Keyholder to lead on the store floor with energy, a customer-first mindset, and a readiness to own key-holding responsibilities alongside the Store Manager.

You will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, train teammates, support operations to hit customer experience and financial goals, and adapt to a creative retail environment with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
