Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership or keyholder role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of store management, including opening/closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide customers through the shopping process.
• Drive sales, process transactions accurately, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Train and support new team members to uphold Mizzen+Main standards of service and appearance.
• Promote and communicate store events, launches and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
