Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, tablets, and other retail technology.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow direction and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store as acting leader and manage daily tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide shoppers with knowledge.
• Share product knowledge, drive sales, and process transactions.
• Maintain brand presentation, merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Train and support new team members to Mizzen+Main standards.
• Promote events, launches, and store promotions to drive traffic.
• Ensure in-store events meet brand standards and customer experience.
• Own store upkeep, restocking, fitting rooms, displays.
• Enforce company policies and store safety.
• Grow customer base through networking and client follow-up.
