Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, tablets, and other retail technology.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and assist in assigning tasks to team members when leadership is unavailable.
• Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service and guide them through the shopping experience.
• Provide product knowledge, drive sales, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain brand presentation and stockroom organization through merchandising and replenishment.
• Assist in training new team members to Mizzen+Main standards.
• Promote events, launches, and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
