Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, tablets, and other retail technology.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow direction and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and lead on daily operations in the absence of management.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding shoppers through the store.
• Provide product knowledge, drive sales, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain brand presentation and visual standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Assist in training new team members to Mizzen+Main standards.
• Promote events, launches, and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Ensure store upkeep, cleanliness, and stockroom organization.
• Build and expand the customer base through community outreach and follow-up.
