Job summary

Rothy’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder at the Houston Galleria to lead with a service-first mindset. You will coach peers, model exceptional selling and clienteling, and support daily store operations to reflect our brand values.

The role includes potential Manager on Duty shifts and collaboration with leadership to ensure brand standards are upheld. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, a proven ability to connect with customers, and a desire to grow leadership skills

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
Some leadership responsibility is preferred.
Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and model Rothy’s Experience on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service.
Drive personal and team sales results by coaching and team selling.
Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the local community and drive sales.
Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards and product knowledge.
