Job summary

IT’SUGAR in Santa Cruz, CA is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and support store operations. You will handle sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties while assisting in opening or closing the store.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store standards. Flexible scheduling, walk-and-stand duties, and opportunity for growth are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a SWEET customer experience and promote the IT’SUGAR brand.
• Open/close duties as needed and maintain store visuals.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Assist in merchandising, product knowledge, and store maintenance.
• Support in events and promotions and ensure LP policies are followed.
