Job summary

IT’SUGAR in Monterey, CA is seeking a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience while driving brand engagement on the sales floor. You will support merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with occasional opening/closing responsibilities as needed.

The role emphasizes a fun, energetic environment with opportunities for career growth and employee discounts. Must be 18+ with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).
• Able to operate a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow engagement model and promote brand culture.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and visual standards.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers.
• Open or close store as needed and support events.
