Job summary

ITSUGAR is a fast-growing candy retailer known for a bright, high-energy environment. We are seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience, handle store duties, and promote the ITSUGAR brand.

The role includes floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register operations to ensure smooth daily performance. You will assist customers, support sales with upsell, and uphold visual standards while performing opening/closing duties and routine backroom tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with requests.
• Support sales goals by suggesting additional products and explaining benefits.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and visual standards.
• Open or close the store as needed and manage basic backroom tasks.
