Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll handle sales floor merchandising, register duties, and may open or close the store. You’ll contribute to a fun, energetic environment that values enthusiasm and teamwork.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma preferred, and up to 50 lbs lifting with assistance. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced candy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines and assist in events and promotions.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and communicate issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform store operations tasks including cleaning and backroom upkeep.
