Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable, service oriented retail associate to support the store manager in Freeport, Illinois. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising while upholding brand standards.

Deliver authentic customer service, drive sales and meet performance metrics, and assist with local marketing efforts. You will also maintain health and safety compliance and take ownership of stock and visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and cleanliness.
• Be a role model with positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Deliver authentic customer service that creates memorable experiences.
• Work to achieve sales goals and KPIs through local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies including health, safety and inventory management.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising to drive KPIs.
