Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Key Holder for our on-site location at Wrentham Premium Outlets. You will report to the Store Manager and drive sales culture through engaging customers, training Team Members, and maintaining product knowledge.

This role includes payroll control, scheduling, and ensuring visual standards meet brand expectations. You will analyze customer trends, manage inventory and shrink, and ensure OSHA safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to teach it to others.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement to drive sales and loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across the store and mentor staff.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor cost efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and trends to inform business decisions.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and physical inventory processes.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers and communicate opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure visual directives are followed and presentation meets Psycho Bunny standards.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
