Responsibilities

• Lead and perform store and operational tasks as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Execute opening/closing routines and handle shipments and directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and store appearance and adhere to safety standards.
