Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales execution and store operations. You will act as a leader on duty, guide associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to coach associates while adapting to peak shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer experience and store operations.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Maintain product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and disseminate company directives.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual merchandising, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical store tasks as required.
