Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within retail, hospitality or similar service environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for coaching and mentoring team members.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and store standards while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily store operations, opening/closing as needed, uphold security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor staff in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets through effective selling.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges promptly to keep shopping smooth.
