Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to help manage daily store operations, mentor staff, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customer service excellence and ensures the store runs smoothly with strong leadership.

Ideal candidates have prior retail supervisory experience or a willingness to develop leadership skills, and must be 18+ with a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/retail supervision experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and expert product guidance to ensure best fit and great experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with management to address operational needs.
