Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Maintain merchandising, restock products, and keep the store clean.
