Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Pineville, NC to drive a positive in-store experience and support the leadership team. You will develop product knowledge, assist with visual merchandising, and help exceed store sales goals while maintaining daily operations.

The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. A background in retail sales and flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; complete POS transactions accurately.
• Open/close procedures and adhere to Time and Attendance policies.
