Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers, uncover needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual merchandising, and marketing placement.
