• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

• Set daily direction for the team and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Display safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
