Job summary

CNRG is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote assistance for store equipment and corporate systems. You will troubleshoot hardware, POS, printers, RF scanners, phones, and ERP POS applications while coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams.

This role emphasizes strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers, vendors and employees.
• Customer-service oriented and team-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to prioritize based on impact to operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to stores; flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• IT Support experience (2 years preferred).
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus; POS experience is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ certification beneficial; basic networking knowledge helpful.
