Cellular Sales, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide primary hardware and software support across multiple retail locations.

You will resolve user issues via the National Operations Center and internal teams, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining documentation. • HS diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support experience.
• Two or four year degree preferred; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service requests from ticketing system, phone, email, or in person and prioritize accordingly.
• Assist with identifying problems and providing potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users on behalf of other departments and follow approved processes to meet SLAs.
• Track issues using the company ticketing system and maintain history.
• Work with PMO, Asset Management, and other departments to maintain hardware/software standards.
• Escalate complex issues to Staff Technician when needed.
• Communicate trends and high-priority issues to team and leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of company software/hardware and procedures.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate vendor services as needed.
• Install and troubleshoot WAN/LAN and Cat 6e cabling.
• Manage inventory in designated stockrooms and handle procurement card expenses.
