Qualifikationen

• HS diploma.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support.
• Two or four year degree preferred.
• Industry certifications a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond to service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person.
• Identify problems and provide potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users and other departments to meet service levels.
• Track issues and maintain documentation in the ticketing system.
• Assist with hardware/software standards and vendor services as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to Staff Technician when required.
• Maintain knowledge of company software and procedures.
• Manage inventory and procurement-related records.
