Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in person.
• Identify problems and provide potential resolutions; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with end users and other departments to meet service levels.
• Maintain hardware/software standards with PMO and Asset Management.
• Install and troubleshoot WAN/LAN; manage inventory in designated territory.
