Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across multiple retail locations. The role requires handling service requests, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely problem resolution. A strong customer service attitude and solid troubleshooting skills are essential.

You will work under the IT Field Support Manager, travel 30-60% within market, and support WAN/LAN, cabling, and inventory management in a storefront environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support

Responsibilities

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist with identifying problems and providing potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users on behalf of other departments; follow processes to meet service levels.
• Track issues using ticketing system; maintain documentation.
• Work with PMO, Asset Management or other departments to update hardware and software standards.
• Escalate complex issues to Staff Technician when needed.
• Communicate trends and major issues to team and leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of company software, hardware and procedures.
