Cellular Sales, an on-site retailer, is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across multiple locations. You will resolve user issues, work with internal teams, and maintain standards and inventories while ensuring high-quality customer service.

The role requires troubleshooting across WAN/LAN, coordinating with vendors, and handling on-call duties and varied shifts, including weekends. A valid US driver’s license is preferred.

Formación

• HS diploma
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support

Responsabilidades

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests from various channels.
• Assist with identifying problems and providing potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users on behalf of other departments and follow approved processes to meet service levels.
• Track issues using the ticketing system and maintain documentation.
• Update and maintain hardware and software standards with PMO/Asset Management or other departments.
• Escalate complex problems to Staff Technician and collaborate with SMEs.
• Communicate potential trends and major issues to team and leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of company software/hardware and procedures.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for company vehicles.
• Escalate and schedule vendor services as necessary.
• Install and troubleshoot WAN/LAN and Cat 6e cabling.
• Manage inventory stockrooms for designated territory.
• Handle expense records for procurement card.
