Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across multiple retail locations. You will resolve issues presented from the National Operations Center and other internal teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Under general supervision, you will install and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, maintain inventory, and coordinate with PMO and other departments. A valid US driver's license is required for travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support experience.
• Ability to drive and hold a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with identifying problems and providing potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users and other departments to meet service levels.
• Track issues using ticketing system and maintain records.
• Install and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, Cat 6e cabling.
• Manage inventory stockrooms and procurement card expenses.
• Schedule preventative maintenance on company vehicles.
• On-call responsibilities and varied shifts including nights/weekends.
