Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across multiple retail locations. The role reports to the IT Field Support Manager and requires on-site work with on-call duties.

You will diagnose issues, document problems, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve tickets while delivering strong customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher required with verifiable technology support experience.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable technology support experience.
• Industry ITIL knowledge and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via ticketing system, phone, email and in person.
• Identify problems and propose potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users and other departments to meet service levels.
• Track issues and maintain documentation and history.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level staff as needed.
