Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware and software support across multiple retail locations. You will resolve user issues, document incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain IT standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced store environment. On-call hours and travel up to 60% are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support experience.
• HS diploma required; two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Willingness to on-call and variable shifts; travel 30–60% as needed.
• Ability to communicate with end users and other departments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary hardware and software support for solutions deployed in retail locations.
• Triage, resolve, or escalate service requests from ticketing, phone, email, or in-person channels.
• Coordinate with end users on behalf of other departments and follow documented processes to meet SLAs.
• Maintain accurate problem records and history in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with PMO, Asset Management or other teams to uphold hardware/software standards.
• Escalate complex issues to Staff Technician as needed.
