Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hardware and software support in retail locations. You will resolve user problems reported by the National Operations Center and other internal teams while delivering excellent customer service across channels.

The role requires a HS diploma and at least 3 years of verifiable technology support experience; a two- or four-year degree is preferred, with ITIL understanding a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support.
• Two or four year degree preferred.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize service requests from ticketing system, phone, email, and in person.
• Identify problems and provide potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users on behalf of other departments and follow documented processes to meet SLAs.
• Track issues using the ticketing system and maintain records.
• Work with PMO, Asset Management, and other departments to update hardware and software standards.
• Escalate complex issues to Staff Technician when needed.
