Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting Crunchtime, OLO, and loyalty programs, collaborating with IT and vendors, and testing upgrades to ensure reliable operation across locations. Strong communication and retail IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in application support, retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations/tech (POS, ERP, CRM).
• Proficiency with troubleshooting software and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 support for Crunchtime and retail tech apps.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT, store ops, and vendors for training and updates.
• Maintain Crunchtime and Labor/Inventory modules with mapping and reports.
• Document procedures and resolutions in a knowledge base.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new retail tech.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure compliance with policies.
