Job summary

180 Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a Systems Analyst I to support a rapidly expanding, globally recognized brand. The role configures, supports, maintains, and implements applications and hardware based on requirements and business needs within the IT department.

You will work with diverse teams and vendors, participate in vendor product discussions, and contribute to the tech stack that supports hospitality operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by IT Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for front-of-the-house applications.
• Assist with resolving issues reported in the ticketing system by the business.
• Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support.
• Contribute to development, updating, and maintenance of technical and user documentation.
• Configure new and existing applications per established specifications.
• Adhere to operational IT processes and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
