Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Insurance & Risk Coordinator to support insurance procurement, COI management, and risk mitigation for a rapidly expanding retail footprint. The role requires collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure lease and operational compliance across locations.

The ideal candidate has retail insurance experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with brokers and landlords to maintain compliant coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance coordination or risk management.
• Familiarity with GL, Property, Auto, Excess, Workers' Compensation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience across US/Canada markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insurance procurement and renewal for all retail locations.
• Evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective coverage.
• Manage COIs and ensure additional insureds per lease agreements.
• Maintain centralized database of policies and COIs; conduct audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to mitigate risk.
