Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City, CA seeks an Insurance & Risk Coordinator to support insurance procurement, COI management, and risk mitigation for a fast-growing retail footprint.

You will collaborate across finance, legal, operations and external partners to ensure lease, regulatory and operational compliance. The role requires 2+ years in insurance coordination or risk management, familiarity with GL, Property and Workers' Compensation, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field
• 2+ years in insurance coordination, risk management, or retail operations
• Familiarity with GL, Property, Auto, Excess, Workers' Compensation insurance types
• Experience managing COIs and understanding of 'additional insured' requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process of insurance procurement and renewal for all retail locations
• Maintain relationship with incumbent broker; evaluate quotes and service delivery
• Generate and distribute COIs for landlords, vendors and partners; ensure contractual deadlines
• Maintain centralized database of policies, COIs and related documents; ensure compliance
• Coordinate with store ops, legal and finance on insurance clauses for openings/renovations
• Support risk mitigation by analyzing claims data and providing insights
• Serve as internal coordinator for insurance claims; track process and gather docs
