Job summary

POP MART is looking for an Insurance Coordinator to manage procurement and compliance related to property and general liability insurance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Key responsibilities include managing certificates of insurance, collaborating with legal teams, and supporting risk mitigation strategies. This position is based in our Culver City, CA office and requires onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance coordination or retail operations.
• Familiarity with General Liability, Property, Workers’ Compensation insurance types.
• Experience managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement & renewal of insurance policies for retail locations.
• Track and distribute Certificates of Insurance for various stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of policies and conduct audits for compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for store operations teams on insurance matters.
• Support risk management by analyzing claims data.
