POP MART is seeking a highly organized Legal Leasing Assistant to support the Real Estate team. You will manage lease documents, coordinate contracts, and drive signature routing across executives, landlords, and stakeholders.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and familiarity with real estate/leasing processes. Onsite five days a week in Culver City, CA with opportunities to contribute to North American retail expansion.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, office, real estate, leasing, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with PDFs/e-filing.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update leasing pipeline spreadsheets, contract trackers, and status reports for active store deals and agreements.
• Prepare finalized lease and contract packages and coordinate signature routing to internal executives, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Manage electronic signature processes via DocuSign or similar platforms and ensure proper tracking.
• Organize, maintain, and archive executed leases, amendments, and related documents within electronic filing systems.
• Distribute finalized contracts to Finance, Accounting, Retail Operations, Real Estate, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with document review, formatting, proofreading, redlines, and comparisons.
• Track outstanding documents, signatures, approvals, and deadlines; follow up to keep transactions moving.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure clear status visibility of active agreements.
• Coordinate meetings, organize materials, and provide administrative support to Real Estate and leasing teams.
• Support POP MART’s retail expansion across North America with internal partners.
